INFORMATION CLAUSE
- The administrator of your personal data is “PRAWOL” Alicja Wolska, Jerzy Wolski Spółka Jawna with its registered office in Warsaw, 34 K Marywilska Street (03-228 Warsaw), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Economic Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0000272763, with NIP No.: 1130034742 and REGON No.: 010006578, e-mail: prawol@prawol.pl
- Your personal data may be processed in case:
- WHEN THE ADMINISTRATOR REPLIES TO YOUR EMAIL:
- for the purpose of responding to an inquiry sent and conducting email correspondence, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO
- for the period of correspondencei
- WHEN YOU HAVE GIVEN SEPARATE CONSENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR TO DIRECT COMMERCIAL/MARKETING INFORMATION TO YOU:
- for the purpose of directing commercial information and direct marketing to you, on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, in connection with your consent
- for a period not longer than until you revoke your consent or successfully object to the processing
- WHEN THE ADMINISTRATOR HAS SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH YOU:
- for the purposes necessary to: conclude and execute the contract, to the extent of the data provided for the invoice, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO; fulfill statutory obligations incumbent on the Administrator, resulting in particular from tax and accounting regulations, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) RODO; and secure or assert claims in connection with the execution of the contract, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO
- for the term of the contract, and after the expiration of the contract term, for the period necessary to secure or assert possible claims vested in the parties to the contract and the period required by law as necessary for the retention of business records
- WHEN THE ADMINISTRATOR REPLIES TO YOUR EMAIL:
- Your personal data may be transferred to or may be accessed by: entities providing: e-mail hosting services and entities owning servers on which personal data is stored
- You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection
- The provision of personal data by you for each of the above purposes is voluntary, but necessary for the realization of the above purposes. The consequence of not providing personal data, will be the Administrator’s inability to carry out the above purposes.
